Got a leak?

Small problems can quickly become costly, and there's nothing more frustrating than a leak in your home. Whether it’s a dripping tap, a leaking pipe, or a damp patch on your ceiling, leaks can cause serious damage if left unchecked.

But, with our FREE My Water Footprint Leak Visit, we’re on hand to help fix small leaks in your home.

Simply upload a video with all the information about your leak, and our expert plumbers will assess it and tell you if we can fix it as part of our leak repair service.

How it works

1. Use your smartphone or tablet with camera/video functionality.

2. Give us some information about the leak.

3. Take a clear video of the leak from different angles if possible, and upload the video.

4. Our expert plumbers will assess the video to make sure it's eligible for a free repair.

5. We’ll contact you to schedule the free repair or support you with next steps if it’s not eligible.
