You'll need to tell us a few details about your move.
Step 1: checklist
- Your move in date: You can tell us up to 30 days before.
- Your new address and postcode
- Contact details: Your mobile number and email address, so we can set you up and contact you about your account.
- Your bank details: If you want to set up a Direct Debit.
- A meter read (if you have one): If your new home has a meter and you've already moved in, you can give us a read, otherwise we'll estimate the reading for you. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to read your meter
Step 2: Check if your new home is in our area

Once you’ve provided your move details, we’ll update your account as soon as we can. You should see the changes by the end of the day, and we’ll send your bill by email or post in the next few days.
If you’d prefer to wait until closer to your move date to give us a meter reading or receive your bill. You can come back later to update us about your move.
