Common questions and answers

Q. How is my water-saving target calculated?

We’ll look at your current water usage and use this to calculate how many litres of water you could save in a year. From this, we’ll calculate your potential savings for the month.

Q. What are the challenge levels?

You can choose between the Bronze, Silver or Gold challenge level. The higher the challenge level, the more challenging your water-saving target will be. Successfully completing a higher challenge level will also unlock chances to win even more prize draw entries.

As you move down the challenge levels, so does your target. Hitting your target will still give you opportunities to unlock more prize draw entries, just not as many as the higher levels.

Q. How do I track my water-saving progress?

We’ll ask you to track your water-saving progress each week of the challenge. We’ll remind you via email to select which water-saving actions you’ve completed each week and which ones were not needed that week. You can also set a quick calendar reminder to keep on top of your tracking.
