We’re really sorry for the problems with your water supply yesterday. We’ve fixed the damaged water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

(04:10) Repair works are complete and the main has been flushed. Our technician will return in the morning to take samples

(01:20) The team are awaiting the arrival of specialist suits before they can continue works safely

Thursday 17th April 2025

(20:45) We have had to shut the main in order to assist with repair works

(19:45) We have been made aware of third party damage to one of our mains pipes and a technician is on site investigating
