What’s happened so far
Friday 18th April 2025
(13:55) The main has now been shut to complete repair works
(13:15) Further teams have arrived and further digging work is now underway before we start the full repair. When the teams start the repair, the main will be shut again to facilitate this.
(12:30) A temporary repair has been completed and all customers will now have water. We are awaiting the arrival of further teams on site before the full repair will be completed
(12:00) The team have located the hole on the main and are now in the process of repairing the main
(11:20) The team are digging further along the main to locate the leak
(10:00) The main has now been shut for repair works
(08:20) Our technician may need to shut the main in order for repair works to start, we have sent a text to those customers who would be affected by a shut that we have a mobile number for
(07:10) Our tcehnician has takken a pressure reading on site and confirmed all customers are currently still on water supply
(06:30) Our technician has attended the area and located a burst main on Park Avenue, a repair team are on their way to site
(05:35) Our network team have noticed changes in the loggers in the area which may indicate a burst main in the area
