Your water will be back on 

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(17:00) The team onsite are still waiting for fittings.

(14:40) Pressure has been restored to the majority of customers, however there are some customers that will experience no water whilst works continue. We have sent a text to those who will be affected if we have mobile numbers for them.

(12:35) We have noticed a decrease in pressure within the area and we may need to shut the main in order to complete repair works

(11:30) We have been made aware of a burst main on Noke Side.
