Private-Side Supply Issue - Garnet Place, West Drayton, Hillingdon

We have been made aware that a local power failure at Garnet Place,  West Drayton, Hillingdon has caused the private-side water pumping system to fail. This is currently causing a loss of supply at Garnet Place, including, but not limited to the following blocks of properties: 

• Seven Court
• Yardley Court
• Tweed Court
• Tamar Court
• Alwyne Court

We have been notified that the managing agent for Garnet Place are aware, and are sending an engineer to investigate further, to restore water supply as soon as possible.

We currently have no issues on our mains water supply network.

We kindly advise any affected customers to contact their managing agent for further information if required.
