We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’re not sure what has caused this but further investigations will take place throughout the day today and tomorrow and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

(11:50) The pressure has restored to normal, we’re not sure what has caused this but further investigations will take place throughout the day today and tomorrow.

(09:15) Technician has requested the assistance of the leakage as no visible leaks have been located within the area where the pressure has dropped. Leakage team are on route.
