We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

(07:15) Repair work is continuing

(01:30) We reduced the pressure in the pipework to allow pumping of excess water from the location, excavation and repair works to be undertaken.

(00:10) Our technicians isolated the section of burst pipe, restoring water supply to the local area

(11:30) We were made aware of the burst water main causing loss of supply locally
