We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(14:00) Repairs are complete and water has been restored, we are still onsite flushing the mains to reduce sediment.

(13:40) The repairs are well underway.

(12:00) Traffic management have arrived.

(11:00) A valve has been shut to restore pressure to the area but is still showing as low.

(09:20) The technician has located the burst and have requested for traffic management to be set up, this can take up to 1.5 hours.
