We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

Tuesday 1st April 2025

(11:30) Repairs completed, all properties are back in supply.

(10:00) Further works to go ahead, customers have been advised that their water will be off between 10am-1pm to complete the repairs.

Monday 31st March 2025

(16:40) The temporary supplies have been removed and repairs have been complete for today. Another repair will have to take place tomorrow, this will only affect one household, therefor we will be removing this off the website tomorrow morning after 8am.

(14:30) The second temproary water supply was put in, this has restored pressure to the wider network.

(14:10) ETA for the line stop (temporary water supply) being in place is 30 minutes.

(12:00) Works have started and we have received contact of customers receiving no water and low pressure.

Thursday 27th March 2025

(09:10) Further investigation required to be able to complete the reapirs, we are onsite today prepping the area to be completed on Monday.

Wednesday 26th March 2025  

(15:10) Our technician advised that they were not able to throttle in the mains, a temporary repair has been made and our team will return tomorrow to complete the repair. All customers are still in supply.

(12:45) Our technician is on site with the team and advised he will have to throttle the mains, meaning customers within this zone may experience low pressure, please see streets affected above.
