Your water is back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve completed a temporary repair of the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon. We will be returning tomorrow to complete the repairs as more parts are needed.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(16:00) We’ve completed a temporary repair of the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon. We will be returning tomorrow to complete the repairs as more parts are needed.

(14:00) We are currently pumping out the water from the area so we can carry out the repairs. 

(12:45) Our technician has shut the mains, customers within this shut will experience no water, please see streets affected above.
