We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

Wednesday 26th March 2025

(12:40) Repairs completed, water is restoring to all properties.

(11:00) Our technician had to shut the mains in order for the works to continue, customers within this zone may experience no water, please see streets affected above.

Tuesday 25th March 2025

(11:10) Technician advised that he is unable to shut the mains due to a broken valve, works have been rescheduled to tomorrow as this will require a wider shut of the mains, a letter drop will be done to those customers affected by the shut.

(08:55) Technician on site advised that he will have to shut the mains in order for the works to continue.
