Low pressure or no water

We're really sorry if you haven't got any water or lower pressure than normal.

We're assisting the London Fire Brigade following a serious fire at a National Grid electricity sub station. As a result of this, customers within the area may be without power or experienced a power cut during the night.

If you live in a block of flats and your power has been affected, then you may also have no water or lower water pressure than normal. This will most likely be due to the power cut and will require the pumps or boosters to be restarted.This is an internal issue that will require you to contact your managing agent/landlord once the power has been restored.

(13:00) National Grid have advised that all properties should now have power, If you are still having water supply issues, please contact your managing agent/landlord.
