Water supply is restored

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water on Sunday 12th January. We fixed the burst main and all customers are back on supply. 

Monday 13th January

We're continuing to work in partnership with your gas distribution network (Cadent) as some customers in the area are also affected by a loss of gas supply. For more information on this please visit Cadent's website page.

(09:30) Technicians on route to investigate burst main.

(10:25) Confirmed they will be closing the main to stop the burst getting worse. 

(11:20) Technicians are on site and works are starting immediately.
