Your water is back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. Our team have found that a pressure valve was operated by a third party causing the issue, our team have fixed this and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(08:20) Loggers in the area have spiked indicating that there could be a mains burst.

(08:25) A team has been dispatched to the area to locate the burst/issue.

(09:25) Our team have located a pressure valve which was operated by a third party causing the issue.
