We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?
Monday 13th January 2025
(23:00) Production technician on route to investigate.
(23:25) Production technician confirmed no issues with the booster, requested for another technician to attend to check the valves.
Tuesday 14th January 2025
(01:35) Technician has arrived and team will check for possible airlocks/broken valves.
(02:25) A bypass has been put into place to restore the water.
(03:05) Technicians have confirmed all valves are operational.
(05:20) Supply has been restored to all areas affected.
