We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the third party damage and the burst mains and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(12:00) We've been made aware of a third party hitting our pipes, a team has been dispatched to site.
(13:15) Technician to shut mains for repairs to take place.
(15:25) Repairs have been completed, water is starting to restore.
(15:45) Mains burst on re-charge, team starting repairs.
(16:40) Mains had to be shut to allow repairs.
(17:30) The mains has been repaired.
