We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve completed our works and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

Friday 7th February 2025

(12:10) Repairs completed, all customers are back in supply.

(11:00) The main was isolated causing no water.

(10:40) Works are resuming, we may need to shut a valve to complete the repairs.

Thursday 6th February 2025

(11:50) The team are awaiting fittings to arrive to be able to start the repair so works will continue tomorrow and the shut will be tomorrow instead.

(11:30) Technician on route to start repairs.
