Cloudy water
Repair work has been completed on Morris House and this has caused your water to become cloudy Cloudy water is just small air bubbles trapped in our pipework.
What we’re doing
Your local technician is now in the area flushing the pipes to clear the cloudy water.
They’ll stay in the area until your water is clear again.

What's happened so far
(14:10) Repairs complete and customers water is coming out cloudy so we are flushing the pipework to clear this.
(13:50) The main was turned back on and repairs continued.
(11:55) The water main was isolated to carry on the repairs.
(08:25) The repairs had begun.
