We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far

(12:55) There is a broken valve on Brackley Road and we have had to shut the main in order to complete works

(12:25) We have received a number of calls that suggest an issue on the mains network, we are investigating the cause.
