Low pressure or No water

We're sorry if you have no water or lower water pressure than normal, there is a burst main on Station Road and we have had to shut the main in order to complete repair works. 

What we’re doing

Unfortunately, repairs are taking longer than expected, however, our repair team have stayed on Station Road and are continuing to repair the burst water main.  As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

(16:45) The job has been postponed until tomorrow morning due to businesses needing water tonight. If the issue gets worse then we will have to complete it as soon as possible.

(14:00) The team have shut the main in order to complete repair works

(08:00) We may need to shut the main in order to complete repair works

(04:50) We have been made aware of a burst main on Station Road and we will be sending a team to repair this
