We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(15:30) Repair has been completed, mains recharged and all customers are back in supply. Flushing of the mains is commencing now, this should have no impact on your supply.
(14:45) Our technician had to shut the mains in order for the repairs to continue, customers within this zone may experience no water, please see streets affected above.
(13:30) Technician has confirmed that a rezone is not possible, as this may increase the pressure and could cause a mains burst, a shut will be put into place instead.
(12:40) Team on site have requested a rezone of the water to carry on with the repairs, a technician is on route, if a rezone is required then customers within the zone, may experience low pressure.
