Low pressure in New Romney
We’re really sorry you are experiencing low pressure. We've been flushing the mains in your area and have been advised that all valves have to remain shut for water quality reasons until all the flushing has been completed, more flushing will take place next week. After this, the valves will be opened back up. All customers should have received a letter informing of these works, the reason for the pressure drop was due to the weekend morning demand. You may experience another drop during the weekend evening demand. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
