What's happened so far?

(20:00) Repairs have been completed and water restoring to all properties.

(19:00) Technician had to shut the valves to allow for repairs to commence.

(18:15) Team are digging to expose the broken valve so repairs can commence.

(18:10) Team have arrived on site.

(17:10) Technician has confirmed valve needs to be dug up and exchanged.

(16:55) Technician in the area has found a broken valve on Red Barn Lane.
