Your water should be back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main on Spinney Hill and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

Thursday 30th of January

(14:25) The repair is complete, all customers should have water.

(14:15) The technician advised us that the mains weren't able to be shut, but was throttled, leaving the properties with low pressure.

(13:30) The mains were shut.

(13:15) Technician onsite has requested a shut to carry out the repairs.
