We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broekn valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(13:05) Technician on route to throttle the main to help facilitate our repairs on a broken valve.

(13:33) The main has been untrottled and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

We may need to shut the main to carry out further repairs and will let the customers know who will be affected as soon as we know.
