What we’re doing

There is a burst main on High Street, Ware. In order to complete reapair works, we have had to set up traffic management on site. Our repair team are on site and are now starting the repair process. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we will let you know.

Potential need to shut the main

Due to the nature of these works, we may need to shut the main in order to complete works. If we do not need to do this, you may still experience lower than normal pressure whilst works are taking place. We will let you know as soon as possible if we need to shut the main

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, if you have low pressure or you do lose your water, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
