No water in the Hertford area

We’re really sorry if you have no water or low pressure. This is due to a power cut at your local pumping station following high winds.

What we’re doing

We're working with UK Power Networks to restore power - you can follow the power cut progress here. We're also looking at other options and will keep you updated. 

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
