We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far

(10:15) We have been made aware of a fault at your local pumping station which may be affecting your water supply.

(12:30) Our technician has fixed the fault and the water pressure has started to restore.
