Low water pressure in Wembley

We’re really sorry youare experiencing lower water pressure than usual. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Empire Way which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our repair team are working hard to fix the burst pipe and get your water back to normal. Once we know how long this will take, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What's happened so far

(13:55) Technician on route to investigate.

(14:10) Team has been requested to assist with fixing mains burst.

(14:20) Team on route and traffic management has been requested also.

(14:50) Team have arrived, awaiting traffic management.

(15:30) Team still awaiting for traffic management to be set up due to cars being parked in the way.

(18:20) Technician rezoned water in order for team to commence digging.

(19:43) Team are repairing the burst water main.
