No water in Edgware

We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Canons Corner, as well as a broken valve which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our repair team are on site working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible for you.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far

(04:10) Technician has arrived on site to investigate reported burst.

(05:10) Technician has isolated the main to aid repairs

(06:00) Team have arrived and traffic management is being set up

(09:50) Team have exposed a damaged electrical cable and UK Power Netowrk have been called to assist.

(11:40) UK Power Network have arrived to assist with the repairs.

(12:00) Team can now safely carry on with the digging.
