(21:40) Water samples are complete
(20:50) Water samples are being taken
(17:20) The team are awaiting the correct fittings to be delivered on site, all customers should have water as of 18:05, further updates to follow.
(14:40) We may need to shut the main in order to complete repair works. We are also liaising with our water quality team regarding flushing of the main
(13:00) Our technician has confirmed third party damage to one of our assets
(12:00) Thechnician is on their way to investigate after a number of no water calls in the area
