Interruption to supply - Wembley - HA9

We're sorry that you haven't got any water or are experiencing lower water pressure than normal.
We have checked with our technicians and our Network control desk, and they have found there is no longer any issues on our network. Our CST has attended and found that we are providing water to the boundary. Please be advised that the current issue is with the internal pumps on site and you will need to contact your managing agents to resolve the issue as we have solved everything on our side.
What’s happened so far
Tuesday 28th January 2025
(19:00) The repair has been complete and water restored to all customers.
(17:50) The team is having to dig further to carry on the repairs, bottled water being delivered is being looked into.
(14:00) Exacavation works are continuing and the team are tracking back on the carriageway to locate the burst
(12:15) Due to complications with the thickness of the concrere, excavation works are taking longer than expected
(09:45) Our repair team are excavating to expose the burst main
(08:30) Our technician has had to shut the main so more properties may be experiencing no water
(08:00) Some properties close to the mains burst may have no water.
(07:00) Traffic management has arrived on site and is being set up
(06:30) Our repair team have started excavating to expose the burst main and a road closure will be needed.
(03:30) All customers are now expected to have a water supply.
(03:10) Due to the nature of the burst, traffic management will be need to complete repairs
(02:20) Our technician has attended and confirmed a burst main on Wembley High Road.
(02:00) We have started to receive no water calls which suggests an issue on the mains network.
