Your water will be back on 

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

Our team are flushing the main pipes, you may experiance slightly lower pressure during this time.

Appearance of your water

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

(07:20) We have been made aware of a burst main on Station Road

(08:10) The repair team are on site awaiting the arrival of traffic management

(08:30) Repair team arrived on Radburn Close and are digging to expose the burst pipe.

(10:20) Our repair team are continuing to epose the burst water main.

(12:50) Our repair team are continuing to dig to expose the water main.

(14:46) Our repair team are fixing the burst pipe.

(16:20) We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.
