Your water will be back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and our teams are now flushing the main. You’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far

(02:30) We have located a burst water main near Pinnerwood Farm which is causing no water/low pressure.

(08:10) Our repair team have stayed on Pinnerwood Farm and are continuing to repair the burst water main.

(14:40) The team have restored water to the area and the broken main has been cut out. The repair teams on site are in the process of replacing the broken piece of the water main.
