We're sorry if you are experiencing low pressure, or a loss of water supply. There is a burst water main in the local area which may be causing this, related to yesterday's water supply outage. Our repair team are on site and repairs are in progress.

Road Closure

The following road closures remain in place while we complete the repairs and so our team can work safely. Please use an alternative route.

  • Wheeler's Lane, Brentwood, CM14 5SB
  • Princes Road, Brentwood CM14 5TQ Please use alternative routes.

We’re really sorry for the disruption to your journeys.

Bottled water

We are delivering bottled water directly to customers on our Priority Services Register today. If you're not currently on our Priority Services Register but are required to be, please call our team on 0345 357 2407.

We are also providing bottled water at a collection point for our customers at:

  • The Eagle Pub, Ongar Rd, Kelvedon Hatch, Brentwood CM15 0AA
  • The location has reopened, and we have extended the closing time to 11pm so customers have enough time to collect water.

You'll find the bottled water in the car park of the pub - please park your car and collect from our team. Each person can collect up to 12 litres (6 bottles). This is to make sure we have enough to go around.

We're doing everything possible to get water supplies back to normal as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
