Low Pressure

We’re really sorry you have lower water pressure than normal. Following a repair on our water main, we’ve shut a valve which has caused lower pressure on the network. 

What we’re doing

We have taken routine samples to test that our water meets our strict water quality regulations before we resume normal service to the mains. 

We continue redirecting water from other areas across our network to ensure our customers have drinking water. 

All customers should have water at a pressure above the required levels, although you may notice that this is a slightly lower pressure than normal. 

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
