No water/Low pressure in CM5

We’re really sorry if you have no water or lower pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main near Hill Farm, Church Road which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

The repair team have now dug down and exposed the broken pipe work. Once we know how much longer the repair will take, we will let you know.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

(09:20) We have received a number of calls for no water which suggest there may be an issue in the area

(09:45) Our technician has attended and confirmed a burst main near Hill Farm, Church Road

(13:50) A rezone has been completed to restore water to the wider area, although customers closest to the burst may still be with no water or lower pressure
