Glow at RHS Wisley Tickets Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to registered customers of Affinity Water Limited who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Affinity Water Limited and their households or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw; and 
   • “Pre-Subscribers” who have subscribed to SOS (“Save our Streams”) via our website, before 19th November 2024 and have received an email or communication from Affinity Water Limited, titled ‘Win tickets to Glow at RHS Wisley’; or
   • “New Subscribers” who sign up to SOS during the Competition Period.
2. Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Entries are limited to one prize draw entry per household.
4. The prize draw will open on 19th November 2024 and will close on 25th November at midday. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Subscribers to SOS will be automatically entered into the prize draw unless they opt out from entry.
6. Affinity Water Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or for any other reason. 
7. 10 winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 27th November 2024. The prize draw will be supervised by an Affinity Water Limited colleague not connected to the organisation of the prize draw.
8. Each winner will receive two tickets to Glow at RHS Wisley, on a date selected from a list of potential options. Each ticket is valued at £20.65. Entry will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the RHS and a link to these terms will be provided to the winner via email.
9. Each winner will be notified of their win by email sent within 5 days of the draw date to the same email address that the original invitation to participate was sent to. If a winner does not respond to Affinity Water Limited within 7 days of being notified by Affinity Water Limited, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Affinity Water Limited will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with each winner, to be sent via email within 30 days of being notified of their win. It is the responsibility of a winner to provide Affinity Water Limited with their contact details in order to receive their prize.
11. The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of Affinity Water Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  
13. In compliance with legal obligations, Affinity Water Limited will make available information that indicates that a valid award took place upon request. To comply with this obligation Affinity Water Limited will send the surname of the winners to anyone who emails Affinitywaterdevices@solo-uk.com or writes to: SOS Team, Affinity Water Limited, Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 (one) month of the prize draw.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Affinity Water Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  
15. Affinity Water Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. 
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, Affinity Water Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Affinity Water Limited, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
17. Personal data collected during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Affinity Water Limited’s Privacy Notice.  See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners. 
18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. 
19. This prize draw is managed and fulfilled by Affinity Water Limited of Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ.
