Water restored in UB3

We’re really sorry if you have had no water. We were made aware that the local council were carrying out works in this area and they had to shut the mains water supply for multiple properties in order to complete repair works.

We have confirmed through customer call backs that water is now restored. If you do still have any issues as a result of the council works, we would advise to contact them to make them aware.

Appearance of your water

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.
