What's happened so far?

Saturday 22nd February 2025

(01:35) Repairs completed, water restored to all properties.

Friday 21st February 2025

(23:45) Our technician attempted to rezone the water to restore to full pressure, however, was unable to get to the valves due to a car being parked over it. Flushing of the mains will commence shortly.

(22:15) Team have advised that a cut out is required, cut out gear is being delivered to site and should be there within the hour.

(21:50) Mini digger has arrived on site to assist team with exposing the mains burst. 

(20:05) Repair team have arrived on site and have started to dig to expose the mains burst.

(18:30) The second valve has been shut and the water is starting to return to all affected properties, albeit at low pressure. Repair team are on route.

(17:55) Our technician is looking to close two valves to zone in the burst, our loggers are showing since the first valve was closed, the pressure is starting to increase to the affected streets.

(17:10) Our technician is throttling another part of the mains in order to restore water to some of the affected zones, so the mains burst repairs can be started.

(16:30) Our loggers show that this also affects part of SG14, streets affected has been updated.

(16:15) Our technician is on site and is looking to throttle the mains to help locate the issue.

(15:45) Our technician is in your area investigating this.
