What's happened so far?

Thursday 20th February 2025

(00:05) Repairs completed, water restored to all properties.

Wednesday 19th February 2025

(21:20) Customers within the zone may be experiencing no water whilst the repairs are still taking place.

(21:10) Team have managed to squeeze of the pipe to the leak, meaning they have been able to restore the pressure back to most customers within the zone. They are currently awaiting for the fittings to be delivered to site to complete the repairs.

(20:10) The mains have been throttled to allow for repairs to be completed, customers within this zone will have low pressure.

(19:20) Team are on site repairing the leak, the mains had to be throttled in order for the repairs to continue, customers within this zone may experience low pressure, see streets affected above.

(17:40) Technician on site has raised a job to repair an urgent leak, team has been requested and are on route.
