We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far

(09:50) We have been made aware of a burst main which could be causing customers lower water pressure than normal. We are awaiting the arrival of traffic management before repair works can be started

(11:45) Traffic management has arrived and the teams will now start the repair process
