Your water will be back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(17:07) Our network control desk noticed a drop in pressure in the SG13 area, we are unaware of the cause of this.

(17:24) The issue at one of our treatment works has resolved and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.
