We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

Timeline of events

09:31am on 19/09 - fulushing is complete and your water should return back to normal.

03:57am on 19/09 - both repairs are complete. Flushing has now started.

02:36am on 19/09 - burst repaired, however a second burst occured when water was being turned back on

00:20am on 19/09 - main water supply shut to facilitate repair works, which should take no longer than 3 hours.

03:50am on 18/09 - Works aborted due to additional fittings required to complete the repair.

00:20am on 18/09 - We reduced water supply to allow our team to work on reparing the burst water main
