Your water will be back on

We're really sorry for the problems with your water today. We've resolved the issue and your water supply should be back to normal.

What we’re doing

You may notice cloudy or aerated water as the pressure restores, but don't worry, as this is normal. We know it doesn't look nice, but please rest assured that it's just air; it's not harmful, and will clear through running your water with your normal water usage.

Due to the scope of our issue today, we expect aeration of the water may continue to tomorrow morning for some customers. We are monitoring this and will provide updates to advise on any steps we may need to take to help clear the air from our network further, if this is required.
