No water/Low pressure

We’re really sorry if you have no water or lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Aran Drive which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

We are aware that a burst that we had repaired yesterday has now burst again. Our technicians and a repair team are now on site and had to shut the main in order to start repair works. Water was restored for a period of 1 hour whilst we awaitied the arrival of a JCB to continue works.

The JCB is on site now and the main has now been shut again in order to facilitate the repair of the burst main.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
