We have been accredited by Water Regs UK to train and assess contractors as competent in the knowledge and practice of Fittings Regulations.
To become an approved external supply pipe installer, you need to have gained this recognised qualification. Our training programme is specifically designed to equip you with the necessary skills to install supply pipes while ensuring compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations of 1999. By successfully completing our external supply pipe installation training, you'll open exciting opportunities.
This External Supply Pipe Installation Training will enable you to apply to become an Approved Groundworker and gain membership to the Approved Groundworker Sector on one of the following Approved Schemes: WIAPS, APLUS, WaterMark or SNIPEF.
Being a member of one of these schemes allows you to 'self-certify' certain installations. This means you can sign off on external service installations that comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. This streamlined process eliminates the need for inspections, saving you time and helping you connect faster.
