We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve completed the repair and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far

(14:05)  Repair has been completed and water pressure should now be restoring. 

(13:40) Technician on site has turned water pressure down so the repair can go ahead.

(13:20) Team on site have requested for a water main to be shut so they could continue working on the repair of a ferrule.
